What can I expect from a Legendary Knights character at my party?
At Legendary Knights Entertainment S-Corp, we aim to provide legendary experiences for guests of all ages! With our characters, you can expect a line-up of games and activities themed around the characters, plus a personalized birthday gift for the guest of honor. Not a birthday party? Not to worry! We also do corporate events, weddings, baby showers, just for fun, etc. Simply specify the occasion on the Party Booking Form & we will cater to you. Our characters will entertain all no matter the event! If you'd like to request a specific activity or game please specify in the comments on the Booking tab. Please note that our characters are not permitted to serve food and drink, nor are they allowed in bounce houses/on playground equipment for the safety of our actors.
Can I hire characters for my Corporate/Community/Charity event? What can I expect?
Yes, all of our characters are available for corporate/community/charity events! See our Pricing and Corporate tab for more information. Also, don't forget to inquire about our character packages for a possible discount!

How do I book a party or event?
Fill out the Booking form on the Booking tab. Please keep in mind that there is a $50 non-refundable deposit for parties and a $100 non-refundable deposit for corporate events to be paid upon booking via the PayPal "Buy Now" button at the bottom of the booking tab. Once we receive your information, we will email you our Contract & Policies form, which will need to be signed and dated. Once signed, we will then send a detailed party/event itinerary with the total balance amount. And then the fun will begin!
We recommend that Parties are booked at least one week in advance & Corporate/Community events booked at least one month in advance.
How can I pay for these services? What forms of payment do you take?
Before we total your booking order, we require a $50 deposit for parties or a $100 deposit for corporate events. Deposits are held to book your date and are applied toward your balance. All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. You can make your deposit at the bottom of the Booking tab by selecting the “Buy Now” PayPal button.
For parties, the remaining total will be paid upon our arrival at the party in cash, check made out to Legendary Knights Entertainment, or card through our Square service.
For corporate events, the remaining total must be paid exactly one week before the event in either cash, check made out to Legendary Knights Entertainment, or via card through PayPal or our Square service.
How much does it cost?
Prices vary depending on the number of characters, character packages, duration of entertainment, venue, and event. Please refer to our Pricing page for details on pricing.
Do I need to provide anything for my party/event?
For all events, we require a room or venue with enough space for all of the guests and characters (10x10 is usually a good size). Additionally, the host must have a backup venue for inclement weather.
Specifically for birthday parties, we ask that you have an electrical outlet for dance/sing-alongs.
For corporate events, we require a dressing room/break space and bathroom at the venue location, parking for the entertainers, & water (bottles or fountain).
I only want 1 character at my event. Is that possible?
Absolutely! All of our characters (except for the Slashers) can come individually. See their specific character tab or the Party Pricing tab for pricing info. Please note, corporate characters only come in pairs.
I want 2 or more characters at my event. Is that possible?
Totally! All of our characters are available in packages. You can create your own package, choosing any two characters of the same genre. Or choose from our suggested packages which include a 10% discount on the following pages: Princess Packages, Superhero & Villain Packages, Starlet Packages, & Bride Packages.
When will the character(s) show up to my party/event?
For parties, we recommend to have the character(s) arrive 30 minutes after the party has begun to allow time for fashionably late guests to arrive. This will ensure that the guests will not miss any of the activities, and will also keep our scheduled itinerary on track.
For corporate events, we ask that you give us an arrival time and we will plan and alternate between 45 min. meet and greets and break times.
How long will the characters be at my party/event?
That's up to you! For parties, our characters are available for 30 min, 45 min, 1 hour, 1 ½ hrs, or 2 hrs. Please note, for every additional 30 minutes not included in your booked time will result in an additional fee of $20.
For corporate and community events, our characters are available for 1 hour, 1 ½ hrs, 2 hrs, 2 ½ hrs, 3 hrs, 3 ½ hrs, or 4 hrs. Please note, if you need characters for more than 4 hours, we will add on $75 for every additional 30 min; if needed for less than 1 hour, we will work with you.
Does Legendary Knights Entertainment provide the photographer?
You are responsible for taking pictures as we do not have a photographer for hire. However our character attendants, the Fairy Godmother or English Nanny, may be taking a few pictures for promotional purposes. By booking with us, we reserve the right to use any pictures taken by our staff at a party/event.
How far do your characters travel?
Our characters would love to come to you! However, please note, there is a travel fee of $0.50 for every mile over 75 miles for parties and 150 miles for corporate events from our location based on Apple maps.
Can my party be outside? How about in a restaurant or specific venue?
Yes! In fact, we have some outside games that you can select in our Premium Add-Ons section on the Party Pricing tab. However, please note that if your party is during the summer months (June-August) our characters are only allowed outside for 30 min. at most.
If your party is in a restaurant or other venue, we merely require that you have gotten permission from the restaurant or venue to hold your party/event there. Additionally, we request that there is an outlet available and that the venue is at least a 10x10 space, so that all of the guests and characters can fit.
What do makeovers consist of?
The makeover Premium Add-On for parties consists of applying eye shadow, lip gloss, & blush. Every guest will have their makeup done with individual applicators that we dispose of after use for sanitary purposes. Please note, we are not professional cosmetologists. Our makeover and spa services are for entertainment purposes only. It is imperative that you include any allergies in the comments on the Party Booking Form when requesting this service.
What are the birthday party activities?
If you are throwing a children's party, we have plenty of free activities and games listed on the Party Pricing tab. Additionally, you will see extra "Premium Add-Ons" or even “Legendary Add-Ons” which are even more epic! The prices for those add-ons are listed there as well.
It's the week of my party/event! What can I expect?
The week of your party or event we will send a follow-up email including the party/event itinerary. We will also include some helpful hints regarding how to prepare for such a legendary time! At this point, we will ask for an updated guest head count as well, and any other updated information we should know about.
What about liability?
Please note that the safety of both the guests and our performers is of the utmost importance to us. Legendary Knights Entertainment, its performers/attendants, will not be held responsible for property damage of any items or bodily injuries caused by a guest or the guest of honor during the party or event.

Do your entertainers accept tips?
We do! Gratuity is not included in the total amount, but is greatly appreciated. :) We recommend the standard 15-20% at your discretion.
I need to cancel or reschedule my party/event. What are my options?
If you need to cancel, we ask that you do so 1 week before the date of the party/event. Please note, that failure to do so could result in a forfeiture of your deposit. If you need to reschedule, you have up to 1 month from the original date to do so. Parties/events can only be rescheduled once. We understand that illnesses and weather can become factors, and we are willing to work with you.
Parking?
If you are putting on a private party, our entertainers will find nearby street parking. However, if you are putting on a corporate/community event with us, you are required to provide parking for our characters.
I want this actor to play this character...
Please be aware that our actors portray multiple characters. The entertainer hired as your chosen character will be subject to availability. (In addition, the costumes may vary according to the entertainer's sizing)
Can I have other entertainment at my party along with Legendary Knights characters?
Yes, it’s fine to include other entertainment. However please be aware that our characters can not participate in bounce houses, swing sets, and other physical activities of the like due to costuming.
Do Legendary Knights characters do boy parties too?
Absolutely! Our characters and party activities cater to both boys and girls. They are engaging and entertaining for everyone!
Can I leave my children alone with you during the party?
No, we request that you remain for the duration of the party. Our characters are entertainers, not babysitters. Plus, you wouldn't want to miss out on all the fun!
